Refund/Return Policy
All returns must be postmarked with (7) days of the purchase date. All returned itmes must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.
After receiving your returned and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or echange. Please allow up to (7) days from the receipt of your item to process and return or exchange.
Refunds may take up 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

To return an item, please email customer service at moongoddess33@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Expedited: $25 3-5 Business Days
If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Once an order is packaged and with the carrier the customer will receive a tracking number.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer Cancel - There are no refunds for a customer cancelling a reading or coaching session, but will be an option to reschedule the session. The customer must reach out within 48 hours of cancellation to reschedule, otherwise the customer will need to book a new session and pay again.

Moongoddess Cancel - Should The Moongoddess Leem need to cancel a session, the customer will be notified immediately, and given priority status for a reschedule within 48 hours. Additionally, the customer will receive 10% off the next booking or purchase. No refunds will be granted.
